我公司是一家专业生产各类冷拉型钢的民营企业，地处经济发达的长三角地区内的江苏省无锡市，处于有东方明珠之称美丽的太湖畔，北靠长江、东邻国际化大都市上海。交通便利，离沪宁高速、锡澄高速、锡宜高速出入口不到5公里公路，离江阴大桥仅半小时的路程，且靠近黄金通道312国道。

  公司属于民营企业，公司原来名称为“无锡市方达冷拉型钢有限公司”，创立于2000年。2013年由于生产场地的拆迁及经营的需要，变更为“无锡市方顺型钢科技有限公司”，并在2008年成立了以型钢销售为主营业务的“无锡博瑞大金属制品有限公司”。目前占地面积为15000平方米，主要生产车间面积7500平方米左右。

  本公司目前装备了各种新型的冷拉设备，具有完善的生产工艺流程及管理体系。本公司年产量可以达到2万吨左右冷拉型钢。目前员工队伍共有45人，有着一个有从事30多年冷拉型钢研究的总工程师带队，由老、中、青技术人员组合的研发团队，具有严谨的和高水准的冷拉型钢技术支持和新产品研发能力。

  我公司的产品包含国内目前所有能够冷拉的钢种，涉及普碳钢、优质碳结钢、合金钢、易切削钢、轴承钢铁等一系列黑色金属。产品覆盖各种规格及形状的冷拉异型钢，以及各种规格常规的冷拉六角钢、圆钢、方钢、扁钢等。产品的技术含量及品质在国内属于高的地位。产品的质量完全达到国 家标准，并且可以满足客户的特殊要求，实现个性化服务。产品广泛用于汽车制造行业、航天航空行业、军工行业、机械制造行业、电梯行业、工程机械行业、建筑行业、纺机行业、医疗器械行业等各种需要冷拉型钢的行业。目前我们公司产品60%用于汽车行业、10%用于军工行业、另外30%涉及电梯、叉车属具、纺织机械等一系列机械行业。

本公司装备有新型的冷拉设备。主要设备有：
拉拔设备：30吨拉拔机两台、20吨拉拔机两台、6-16连续拉拔机一套、10~30连续拉拔机一套,盘条拉盘条机组两套。
热处理：25吨带循环热流封闭式退火炉一台、15吨（双底座）退火炉一台。
氧化皮处理：4喷头型钢抛丸机两台、盘圆抛丸机两台。
冷轧设备：连续冷轧机组一套、250大型冷轧机一台、180冷轧机三台。
矫直设备：型钢矫直机两台、圆钢矫直机两台、15-28、20-40滚光机组贰套。
其他生产设备：轧头机6台等一系列冷拉辅助设备
理化检测设备：60吨拉力试验机、硬度计、碳硫分析仪、投影仪、金相分析仪等理化检测设备。

Physical and chemical testing equipment: 60 tons tensile tester, hardness tester, carbon and sulfur analyzer, projector, metallographic analyzer and other physical and chemical testing equipment.
